Use of website
1.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Website uptime
1.3 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
1.4 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice

1.5 Throughout this website you may find links to third party websites. The provision of a link to such a website does not mean that we endorse that website. If you visit any website via a link on this website you do so at your own risk.
1.6 Any party wishing to link to this website is entitled to do so provided that the conditions below are observed:

Products
All products (excluding paints/glues/putty) Although in a new condition will be sold as used unless otherwise stated in the product description.
All images represent the item being purchased.(if its not in the picture its not included in the price)
There is a £1 minimum order, Payment gateways are unable to distinguish between orders and postage and their fees are in respect of the two combined.
Payment Gateways
If we are experiencing technical problems with payment gateways they will be removed from use until the situation is resolved, this will not effect refunds that may be required but may cause delays in providing said refund.
Although you can still earn loyalty points (FG Crystals) by using the Payment Gateway Klarna; Klarna do not allow loyalty points (FG crystals) to be off set against any order that is being purchased, If you experience any difficulty pleas try using a different form of payment.
Shipping
All orders within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail and start at the minimum cost of £2.35 , this will include all packaging and all orders will be sent 2nd Class signed for. This is to protect the buyer & seller for any lost or damaged items. Tracking numbers can be provided on request
Our shipping options and prices are calculated and shown during the checkout process. If you believe there is an error with the shipping costs please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Items will normally be shipped within 36 hrs of payment received by either 1st & 2nd class recorded in UK and may take upto 7 days to receive in UK and Europe & the rest of the World taking longer.
Our shipping costs do not include custom charges, any additional payments required for custom charges are the responsibility of the buyer, we will not be held responsible for any delays or additional costs caused by these unforeseen circumstances.
If you have chosen a different shipping address to your standard address please make sure this has been registered and chosen with Pay-pal. All of our payments received are through our Pay-pal portal. If your shipping address differs from what is registered with Pay-pal then your order will be sent to the address showing with Pay-pal due to their seller protection terms and conditions. We will not be held responsible for delays to you receiving your order, but do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are also unable to send items to PO Box addresses due to the seller protection terms & conditions.
We do not ship items on Saturday or Sunday; any dispatched notification received is advising that your item has been processed ready to be dispatched on the Monday.
** CORONA VIRUS **
Please note that due to the Corona Virus the worlds postal services will be under immense strain and are likely to prioritise mail. We strongly suggest you contact your local postal services regarding any delays (especially overseas customers) before placing any orders and recommend that your items are tracked or signed for.; If you do opt for standard delivery you may experience long delays in receiving your items.
Returns
Items can be returned for any reason for a full refund (except return postage costs & Payment gateway purchase fees) but the following criteria will apply.
- Customers in the UK must notify us within 14 days by email or telephone. We reserve the right to refuse a refund after this time has elapsed.
- Customers in Europe, USA & Australia must notify us within 30 days by email or telephone. We reserve the right to refuse a refund after this time has elapsed.
- Goods must be returned in original packaging and must be un-damaged and free of glue, paint etc.
- Return postage will be the responsibility of the buyer and we recommend recorded delivery as we will not be held responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
- Returned items must be accompanied with purchase invoice at point of sell.
- Damaged items must be returned and accompanied with clear photograph of damage before refund is given.
GATEWAY FEES
Paypal, Klarna and other payment gateways charge purchase fees for every sale that is processed through them.
Should the customer return all of their order we reserve the right to transfer the fee charged by the payment gateway to the customer.
Should the customer return individual item/s from their order we reserve the right to charge 2% on the costs of the items returned
Lost, Incorrect, unsent & Damaged Goods
It is the customers responsibility to choose the correct shipping option at point of sell and therefore Forbidden Gaming will not be held responsible for any items that are delayed or lost during shipping.
Although every care is taken when packaging and shipping items we understand that items sent may be incorrect, get excluded or can get damaged from time to time. For returning damaged items please follow the Returns criteria above to recieve a refund. For incorrect or excluded items please contact us by telephone or email within 14 days for UK and 30 days for Europe, America & Australia to receive a refund or the correct item,
